Discover the latest progress at Dymicron—from strategic leadership additions to next-generation cervical disc milestones—positioning us for continued growth and innovation.
Dymicron® is a pioneering medical technology company focused on transforming the field of musculoskeletal health. At the core of our innovation is Adymite™, a polycrystalline diamond material—one of the strongest and most wear-resistant materials known to man. Adymite is a proprietary, patented material. Dymicron is the only company with polycrystalline diamond technology for human interbody applications.
Our proprietary Adymite material offers exceptional durability, wear resistance, and proven biocompatibility. When combined with advanced engineering that supports natural motion and superior kinematics, our technology sets a new standard in musculoskeletal implants. Dymicron is redefining what’s possible in orthopedic and spine care by delivering solutions that are not only stronger and longer-lasting, but also more in tune with the human body.
Momentum Continues
Dymicron continues to build on our strong foundation with sustained momentum across clinical, commercial, business development and strategic fronts.
Our next-generation cervical disc technology,Triadyme®-C, is gaining recognition among surgeons and institutions worldwide for its differentiated design and proven performance. Recent clinical evidence reinforces confidence in the long-term potential of our advanced, diamond-based total disc replacement (TDR) platform.
Looking ahead, we are focused on expanding access, growing our surgeon network, and preparing for additional regulatory milestones. With our strong team and unique technology, Dymicron is well-positioned to lead the evolution of motion-preserving spine solutions. Momentum is not just continuing—it’s accelerating.
Neck Disability Index average improvement: 80.1% [59.4 to 11.8] at 6-months, 84.7% [59.4 to 9.1] at 1-year.
Visual Analog Scale Neck Pain average improvement: 76.7% [7.3 to 1.7] at 6-months, 74% [7.3 to 1.9] at 1-year.
Visual Analog Scale Arm Pain average improvement: 84.7% [7.2 to 1.1] at 6-months, 87.5% [7.2 to 0.9] at 1-year.
Clinical Update
Triadyme-C Post Market Clinical Follow-Up Study Progress
As part of our continued European regulatory responsibilities, Dymicron recently initiated a Post Market Clinical Follow-Up (PMCF) study in January of 2023.
PMCF studies are a regulatory obligation and help gather real-world evidence on how the device performs in actual clinical practice. The PMCF study collects data in a very similar way to that of a United States IDE clinical trial. The results of the Triadyme-C PMCF trial should be indicative of what the results of an IDE trial would yield.
The Triadyme-C PMCF study should be completely enrolled in the next couple months, after which, the last patient enrolled will need to complete one-year follow-up.
These preliminary findings suggest that the Triadyme-C significantly improves pain, functionality, and spinal biomechanics up to twelve months postoperatively.
On the left, are some of the interim results from the data we have collected as of December 31, 2024.
These preliminary Triadyme-C PMCF results compare very favorably compared to other competing discs on the market.
Worldwide Distribution
Triadyme-C is available in 14 worldwide markets including Argentina, Australia, Austria, Chile, Columbia, Germany, Mexico, Panama, Paraquay, Peru, Portugal, Spain Switzerland and the United States (pending IDE approval).
Dymicron recently launched a new website to showcase our mission to transform healthcare through advanced material technology, with a focus on our flagship Triadyme-C cervical disc featuring Adymite, a polycrystalline diamond material engineered for long-term durability to minimize wear debris and enable natural motion.
The site offers a comprehensive view of the company’s technology, clinical evidence, surgeon resources, and global availability. Visitors can explore our innovative technology, product details, investor information, the leadership team, and access news, events—all in a modern, user-friendly experience.
