July 2026

Dymicron® is a pioneering medical technology company focused on transforming the field of musculoskeletal health. At the core of our innovation is Adymite™ polycrystalline diamond—one of the strongest and most wear-resistant materials known to man. Adymite is a Dymicron proprietary, patented material. Dymicron is the only company with polycrystalline diamond technology for human interbody applications.

Triadyme®-C, our flagship cervical artificial disc made with Adymite, is engineered for unmatched durability and performance in cervical total disc replacement surgery. As one of the hardest substances known to man, Adymite provides extreme durability and an ultra-low coefficient of friction. This helps Triadyme-C resist the wear, breakdown, and debris release that may limit the lifespan and safety of traditional disc replacement devices.

Strong First Half Sets the Stage for Growth

As we reach the midpoint of 2026, Dymicron continues to achieve significant milestones that strengthen our position and advance our mission to revolutionize cervical disc replacement. During the first six months of the year, we continue to enroll patients in the United States Triadyme-C IDE clinical trial, building momentum in bringing our innovative technology to the U.S. market. We also hosted a highly successful Expert Meeting in Germany, bringing together leading spine surgeons to share clinical experience and insights from years of Triadyme-C international use. Further strengthening our leadership and strategic guidance, we welcomed renowned spine industry executive Peter Wehrly to our Board of Directors. These accomplishments reflect the dedication of our team, the growing enthusiasm surrounding Triadyme-C, and the strong foundation we are building for continued growth in the second half of the year.

Dymicron Continues to Enroll Patients in the Triadyme-C IDE Clinical Trials

Dymicron continues to make progress in its U.S. Triadyme-C IDE clinical trial, with patient enrollment advancing to 8 patients. Following the successful enrollment of the first patient earlier this year, our leading investigator remains actively engaged in identifying and enrolling qualified candidates.

The IDE study is a critical step in generating the clinical evidence needed to support future regulatory and commercialization objectives in the United States. As enrollment progresses, Dymicron remains focused on working closely with our investigators to ensure efficient trial execution while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and data quality.

We are encouraged by the momentum we are seeing and remain committed to advancing the Triadyme-C program toward key clinical and regulatory milestones. We look forward to providing additional enrollment updates and sharing future achievements as the study continues to advance.

Dymicron hosted its first Expert Meeting for the Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH) region, bringing together leading spine surgeons in Munich to share clinical experiences, discuss emerging trends in cervical disc arthroplasty, and explore the future of motion-preservation for the cervical spine.

This meeting provided a valuable forum for peer-to-peer collaboration and clinical exchange, reinforcing Dymicron's commitment to advancing cervical artificial disc technology through innovation, education, clinical insight, and evidence-based medicine.

We extend our sincere thanks to Dr. Ardavan Ardeshiri for hosting this extraordinary event and to Dr. Ulrike Laupichler for moderating the inspirational discussions.

The strong engagement and clinical insights shared throughout the expert meeting underscore the growing interest in next-generation cervical artificial disc technologies and the critical role these technologies play in improving future patient outcomes.
